cb999 Responsible Gaming

cb999 believes that enjoyable gaming means safe gaming. Our safety tools and guidelines help you stay in control at all times.

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?

Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when it is played in a controlled and measured way.

At cb999, we always believe that gaming should be for entertainment — not as a primary way to earn money. Responsible gaming means managing your time, money, and emotions properly. It ensures that your gaming experience remains positive at all times.

We understand that gaming can sometimes shift from fun to a problem. That is why cb999 provides various protective tools and guidelines — so you always stay safe and secure. On this page we will explain in detail how you can play responsibly at cb999.

⚠️ Remember

Gaming is for entertainment only. Never play to chase lost money or to escape stress. If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, seek help now.

Our Safety Tools

cb999 provides several effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe.

Set Deposit Limits

At cb999 you can set a limit on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Setting this limit significantly reduces the risk of overspending.

Gaming Break (Time-Out)

If you feel you need a break, use cb999's time-out feature. You can temporarily pause gaming for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is causing problems in your life, use the self-exclusion feature. It will completely deactivate your account for an extended period.

Set Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. At cb999 you can set a session time limit, which automatically sends you an alert once that time is up.

Review Gaming History

You can view your complete gaming activity, transactions, and win/loss history at any time from your cb999 account. Review it regularly.

Round-the-Clock Support

cb999's 24/7 live chat support is available in Bengali and English at all times. For any gaming-related concerns, contact us at [email protected].

Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

If you or someone close to you shows any of the signs below, it is important to take notice:

Continuously placing larger bets to try to recover lost money.
Being unable to stop gaming or feeling uncomfortable when trying to quit.
Prioritising gaming over family, friends, or work.
Borrowing money or spending savings because of gaming.
Playing games to escape stress, depression, or loneliness.
Lying to family or friends about how much you game.
Gaming is negatively affecting your sleep, eating, or daily routine.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Follow these rules for a positive and enjoyable experience at cb999:

Always treat gaming as a form of entertainment — not a source of income.
Set a budget in advance and stay within that limit.
Set a time limit for each gaming session and stick to it.
Accept losses without distress — winning and losing are both a normal part of gaming.
Avoid gaming when you are drinking, tired, or in an emotional state.
Take regular breaks and take part in other leisure activities.
