Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on cb999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a temporary issue with the payment system, please contact Support.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from cb999 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.

• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus

New members on cb999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳42,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer applies only once per individual, household, or device.
• You cannot convert a bonus balance to a cash balance until the wagering requirements have been met.
• The use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games — the terms of each offer apply separately.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• cb999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cb999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

General Gaming Terms

VIP cashback is calculated every week and credited to the account within the designated timeframe. cb999 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb999 platform and, if detected, may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Attempting to influence gaming outcomes using software or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other users.
